Good advisors end up getting burned out and leaving while the bad get promoted to management roles.
Literally do not know what they are doing and will basically just escalate cases without doing anything or making unrealistic expectations leaving us with their DSATs. Our T2 managers are great but they are also the ones that have been here a long time.

You will be responsible for support of computers, operating systems and mobile devices smart phones, tablets, and MP3 players. This is a performance based organization where all calls are recorded, chta, and coached on a daily basis.

Survey system is pretty terrible as no matter if you deserved the bad survey or not, it counts against you. This last year or so has been miserable with the T1 advisors and the incompetent people they put in management roles.
Many RRRebels have been hired at Kelly kellh the years, and overall reports have been positive. Most if not all of mine were due to the horrible experience they had before me with the T1.
Service is THAT bad and it did not used to be like this at all. Several RRRebels have been hired there recently. No state hiring restrictions mentioned. However, you should be fine as long as you bank up on green good surveys to cancel out the bad.
